For the past several years, as a result of increasing demand by customers, Piercan has specialised in the production of custom dispersions, latex baths and dissolutions.

These dispersions and baths benefit from cutting edge milling and dissolution technologies. The products are generally manufactured to specifications or formulations drawn up by the customer, though Piercan can also design custom formulations to meet certain requirements. Grain size, dry content and viscosity analyses are proposed.

The dispersions enter into the formulation of both natural and synthetic latex compounds. These baths are intended for the production of dip-coating, impregnation or spread-coating items.

Dissolutions are used for dip-coating, spray-coating, impregnation and spread-coating. Packaging is determined in collaboration with the customer, taking into consideration the cost, applicable regulations and statutory labelling.

Piercan recommends substitution compounds for products no longer available following application of the REACH directive, suggests the best suited products, while preserving health and the environment in the context of Sustainable Development.
