QUALITY CONTROL
We guarantee the quality of our products through the application of monitoring throughout the manufacturing process:
1. Acceptance testing
- of raw materials on specification sheet
- of tools with dimension checking against drawings

2. In-process inspection
- of physicochemical parameters by the quality control laboratory (dry extract, density, viscosity, pH, etc.)
- of dip-coating parameters by operators (speed, time, temperature, etc.)
3. Final inspection of finished product:
- Glove
- Technical part
- Custom baths
GLOVE (personal protective equipment - PPE)
Two types of inspection may be performed according to customer requirements: standard PIERCAN inspection, or reinforced specifications-based inspection.
The following inspections are performed
1. 100% visual inspection

2. Dimensional inspection

3. Control of standard and specific mechanical properties (resistance, rupture, elongation, puncture, hardness, tearing, etc.) as per applicable standards
4. 100% tightness test for gloves (EN 421 standard)

Marking is applied to the glove and serves to ensure the required traceability, from the inspector to the raw materials used in the process.

All inspections performed lead to the final packaging of the gloves in black anti-UV sleeves.
The stringency of these inspections constitutes a genuine guarantee of user safety.
TECHNICAL PART
Two types of inspection may be performed according to customer requirements: standard PIERCAN inspection, or drawing-based inspection.
The following inspections are performed:
- 100% visual inspection

- dimensional inspections

CUSTOM BATHS
Custom baths can be created from a PIERCAN formula, or from the customer's own formula. The physicochemical parameters are tested by the laboratory.
