Rubber Technical Parts manufactured by Piercan come in a broad variety of shapes, thicknesses, materials and manufacturing processes. Thus, Piercan produces membranes, bellows, pilots' face masks, embolectomy balloons, powder compression pouches, composite material moulding bladders, etc., using a Natural and Synthetic Latex coagulation process; but also tubes made from all materials obtained from dissolving Rubber compounds. It is thus possible to obtain thin-walled Viton, Butyl, Polyurethane and other synthetic rubbers. Technical parts can be designed from drawings or specifications. Generally, the moulds used in the dip-coating process are inexpensive and allow the production of small, medium and large runs. Piercan can also produce and sell Rubber sheets with thicknesses ranging from 25 µm to 2 mm.
