Following your sketches or drawings, we create the part(s) you need either in natural or synthetic rubber (Neoprene, Hypalon, Butyl, Polyurethane, Viton...). Our Design Department will help you to study and realise the moulds required for the conception of yours parts.

Compared to other techniques used in the rubber industry, the moulds used in the dipping process represent a small investment. Morover, the dipping process allows the production of the different thickness, from e few hundredths of millimetre from a few millimetres, the length of some parts reaching up two metres.

Our laboratory is at your disposal to study all formations or colours specially meeting your needs. It will also carry out all studies relating to the characteristics of rubber items we produce.
